The Wild! has an unabating joie de vivre, almost as if there was a party going on in your glass. From the vineyard Rich Pisacano and Steve Mudd planted in 1982, and still on the original root stock, this wine sees almost no intervention between vine and bottle. Its name derives from the natural yeast fermentation, which can certainly be "wild." Strictly made in stainless steel to ensure a crisp foil for Peconic Bay oysters, and the first Striped Bass you pull in this year.
