100% Chardonnay, 30% Barrel Fermentation, 70% Steel Fermentation. The 2021 vintage marks the first vintage that our Rhyme and Meter Chardonnay is a blend of 2 different Chardonnay clones from 2 specific vineyard sites. We have blended the Dijon 76 clone with the Muscat clone of Chardonnay (use for our Wild! Chardonnay) from the vineyard that our own Richie Pisacano planted in 1983.
