As you read this, our 2023 estate rosé is waiting out the winter in neutral French oak. When it emerges in the spring, you'll see a softer style of rosé that proves much more nuanced and considered than most. Fresh strawberry and melon arrive on the attack, but the acidity is softened. This is a rosé that gets better with age, and one where the food pairings can be more adventurous. This is a Cabernet Sauvignon (really, it is!), and it will sing with grilled meats, as well as seafood and salads. It's a contemplative wine made with pristine fruit, and one you'll want to drink slowly with fast friends. Availability is extremely limited.
