RV 2023 Sauvignon Blanc

This wine was designed by and for East Enders who take tremendous pleasure in the surrounding waters and farms. Our Sauvignon Blanc tends to be richer and more shapely than most, as we love the acidity and crisp lines, but aren't wild about a grassy and one dimensional approach. We harvest later than most, with the result being a fuller, more complete, and food friendly wine that we won't deny is modeled after our favorite Sancerres. Buy a dozen oysters. Be careful opening them. Then open a bottle of our Sauvignon Blanc, and report back if your experience wasn't near perfect. 100% Sauvignon Blanc
