The 2021 Letter Under the Door is perfumed with ripe cherry and dark berries.  A vein of savory minerality is felt throughout the palate which enhances the flavors of tart cranberry and ripe red plum on the palate. The bright acidity makes this the perfect summer red, but this wine will continue to develop with time.
