Half of the fruit was harvested from the western Hill Block of Cab Sauvignon in September 2022, with the balance bled from the Cab Franc and Cab Sauvignon open top vats. From there the wine went into neutral oak for the winter where the two varietals continued to harmonize. The wine is not filtered, leaving every possible nuance of flavor in place. What you can look forward to is a softer, less acidic rosé, that will prove to be an excellent companion to your menus throughout the year, and years to come. This is a wine for important conversations, a wine for contemplation, and a wine for all seasons. A ten year rosé!
